1. What types of books do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of books across all genres, including fiction, non-fiction, fantasy, mystery, romance, science fiction, historical fiction, young adult, and children’s books. We also carry special collections such as graphic novels, poetry, and rare editions. Our goal is to provide something for every reader!

2. How do I search for books on your website?
You can easily search for books using our search bar at the top of the page. Simply enter the title, author, genre, or keywords related to the book you’re looking for. You can also browse through curated categories and collections to discover new reads.

3. Do you offer eBooks?
Yes! We offer a selection of eBooks available for instant download. Just look for the "eBook" option on the book's product page. Once purchased, you can download the eBook to your preferred device and start reading right away.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can view the shipping costs and estimated delivery times at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders can take 10-14 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we are often unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted. However, if you realize there’s an issue with your order immediately after placing it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most books in new and unused condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. For eBooks, we do not offer returns, as digital downloads cannot be returned once purchased.

8. Can I gift a book to someone else?
Yes! We offer a gifting option during checkout. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address, and we’ll send the book directly to them. You can even include a personalized gift message.

9. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
We frequently offer sales, discounts, and special promotions throughout the year. To stay updated on the latest deals, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media. You can also check our "Sale" section for current offers.

10. How can I contact customer service?

11. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also visit the "My Orders" section of your account to see the status of your order.

12. Do you sell audiobooks?
Currently, we do not offer audiobooks, but we are always working to expand our collection. Stay tuned for future updates!

13. Do you have a physical store I can visit?
At the moment, we are an online-only bookstore, but we hope to open a physical store in the future. Until then, you can shop all of our titles online and have them delivered directly to your door.
